We pride ourselves on providing services to the Mining Industry - particularly with the Mine Winder applications of the older British Electrical and Mechanical Companies; namely, B.T.H., Metropolitan Vickers, English Electric and G.E.C.
The founder of LENBAR (PTY) LTD has had a long association with such companies both locally and internationally.
LENBAR (PTY) LTD manufactures and supplies the spares for these original manufactures locally - as such items have become obsolete by the various companies due to merges and technological advancements.
LENBAR (PTY) LTD has been servicing the Mines in Southern Africa
and exports to Australia, Fiji, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
During 1986 LENBAR (PTY) LTD acquired the obsolescent stock of Messers Allen West,
in particular with Resistance Grid Material, and thus the repairs of their equipment.
Engineering and Buying Departments are aware of our company and if we are unable to supply parts we endeavour to maintain relations with our Clients by directing them to areas to purchase these items.
